The intention of the „Dictionary of Landscape Concepts” you may find below is to offer a set of terms that we believe to be of primary importance for understanding the broad and heterogeneous issue of landscape. The selection of entries as well as their definitions do not pretend to be ultimate or universal. The bibliography of Polish academic texts on literature still lacks (see Bibliography) such a dictionary, so ours is the first attempt at filling this gap.
